Belén Calvo
Managing Director |
Belén Calvo is a Industrial Engineering and
a graduate of the Catholic University of Chile with an
honorary mention in Electricity. Belén did an MBA
at the University of California at Irvine (2003-2005) where
she obtained the Dean’s Scholarship from the same
university. She worked previously as an Analyst in the
Top Management of Las Américas, Investment Fund
Administrator specializing
in the real estate area, infrastructure and risk capital
between 1999 and 2001.
Subsequently she took over as General Manager of Vivero Las
Bandurrias S.A., the sole supplier of 12 Garden Centers belonging
to the retail chain store Homecenter between 2001 and 2003.
During her tenure, the company increased its profits by 105%
in 2002, and she received the SODIMAC prize for Supplier
Excellence - EPS 2002. |
